Organisation & Teamwork

As the investement required for this project can get quite huge, it becomes really difficult when all the workload is on only one team member, so try to spread the work between your team members as evenly as you can . This allows each member to focus on their task so the entire project can move forward.

You should also set deadlines for every of the tasks so that the workload doesn't accumate too much over time.

Try to have an idea about all the work that is left to do and don't underestimate it (e.g. 3D design or coding as they are very long, hard and tedious tasks.)

We use Notion for the organization in our team. It is very usefull to basically make a to do list with a lot of functionalities like deadlines, responsibles, priorities.
